Booking 2–3 weeks before your desired date is advised, particularly during the busier months of May–September. For business gatherings and private parties, a 4–6 week lead time is preferable for the best selection and customization options.
What's the protocol for bad weather?
Our foremost concern is safety. Unfavorable weather as judged by our captain will lead to either a rescheduled charter or a full refund. We keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out 24 hours in advance if the weather seems to be a potential issue.
May I bring my own food and non-alcoholic drinks?
While we permit you to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages, our premier catering services are also at your disposal with custom menus. Note that for safety, glass containers aren't allowed onboard.

What is the cancellation process?
Should you need to cancel, a full refund is given for notices 72 hours before departure, a 50% refund for notices 24–72 hours before, and no refund for less than 24 hours notice unless due to weather or mechanical issues on our end.
