Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: Complete refund excluding processing charges
Disbursement Time: 5-7 business days
Processing Charge: €50 for credit card payments
Stipulations: Must be submitted formally via email or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: Half of the entire charter price
Disbursement Time: 7-10 working days
Processing Charge: €25 subtracted from reimbursement
Stipulations: Legitimate reason necessary; administrative fees apply
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: No reimbursement possible
Exception: Emergency cases may be taken into consideration
Alternative: Credit for charter may be offered at the discretion of management
Stipulations: Emergency claims require proof
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Commitment to Weather Safety
Your safety is of paramount importance to us. In the event of adverse weather conditions deemed by our certified captain as unsafe for charter operations, we offer various alternatives:
- Complete Refund: Issued in full if it's not possible to reschedule
- Rescheduling: Shift your charter to an alternative available date with no extra charge
- Credit for Charter: Issued valid for one year from the initial charter date
Procedure for Weather Evaluation
The factors we consider in our weather assessments include:
- Analyses of wind patterns and intensity
- Sea conditions and wave heights
- Visibility and upcoming precipitation forecasts
- Alerts and advisories from the Coast Guard
- The safety judgment of a professional captain
Timeframe for Decision: We make determinations regarding weather cancellations no later than four hours ahead of the set departure time.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Exceptional Medical Situations
We are sympathetic to the fact that unforeseen medical emergencies can occur. The instances below may be eligible for special refund considerations:
- An unanticipated illness or injury that necessitates hospitalization
- A death within the immediate family
- An unexpected call to military duty
- A jury summons or a legal subpoena
- Natural disasters affecting travel plans
Proof Needed
For requests for emergency-related refunds, we require:
- A medical certificate or documentation from a hospital
- A death certificate (where relevant)
- Documentation from the military
- A notice of jury duty or court summons
- Emergency declarations or travel advisories
Processing: Emergency-related refunds are handled within 3-5 business days following the submission of the requisite documents.
Operational Cancellations
Issues with Vessel Functionality
If the yacht allocated to you encounters an irreparable mechanical failure:
- Substitute Craft: We will try to provide a vessel of similar standard
- Complete Refund: Offered if we're unable to provide a suitable alternative
- Partial Reimbursement: If the replacement craft has a different fee structure
- Compensation: Additional recompense may be provided as a gesture for the inconvenience
Lack of Available Crew
In the unusual event that a certified crew is unavailable:
- We will attempt to arrange for an alternative team when feasible
- A full refund will be granted if we cannot proceed with the charter
- Opportunity to reschedule with no added fees

Refunds are reissued via the original payment method utilized for the booking:
- Credit Cards: Within 5-7 working days
- Bank Transfers: Within 7-10 working days
- Cash/Cheque: Within 3-5 working days
Charges for Processing
Costs for Credit Card Transactions
A €50 fee is charged for cancellations requested more than 72 hours before the event
Expenses for Bank Transfer Refunds
A €25 fee applies to all reimbursements executed via bank transfer
Overseas Transaction Fees
Certain additional charges may be applicable for transactions made internationally
Policy on Charter Credits
Scenarios for Credit Issuance
In specific cases, charter credits may be proposed as an alternative to a refund:
- Cancellations with short notice (under 24 hours prior)
- Cancellations due to weather
- Requests to willingly reschedule
- Disruptions in operations
Terms of Credit
- Validity: Effective for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Transferability: Not valid for exchange with other parties
- Value: Corresponds to the full charter cost (exempt from processing fees)
- Utilization: Can be used for any available charter services
- Expiration: Extension beyond the 12-month period is not allowed
Refunds for Partial Services
Interruptions in Services
In the case of your charter being disrupted or terminated earlier than intended due to our oversight:
- A pro-rata refund based on the unused portion of the service
- A voucher for a future charter equivalent in value
- Additional complimentary services or upgrades offered
Interruptions Due to Guest Involvement
If a charter has to be ended prematurely owing to misconduct by guests or breach of safety guidelines:
- No refund will be given for the unequipped segment
- The entire fee still needs to be remitted
- Possible extra fees for the corresponding breaches
Methods for Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute with a decision about refunding, you may:
- Request a re-evaluation from our management
- Submit further proof or clarification
- Seek the intervention of consumer protection organizations
- Explore legal avenues as permitted by the governing laws

- All applications for refunds should be forwarded in a written format
- Refund disbursals will be made in €, irrespective of the currency used for the original payment
- We strongly advocate for the purchase of travel insurance
- This policy is subject to alterations with a notification period of 30 days
- Refunds are compliant with pertinent taxes and rules
